Cancellation Policy

  • Please submit the Return/Replacement form with valid data from your account in slatoapp.com to raise a request for return or cancellation for the ordered item.
  • Once ordered, the product cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation and refund will only happen when we are not able to provide the requested item.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Time taken to process cancellation request

It will take us 7 Business Days to process your cancellation request and initiate a refund. We will inform you via email.

How to make a refund request for delivered product?

If you are eligible for a refund, you can visit our return/replacement form and fill the details of the form within 7 business days of delivery

You can make a refund request if:

  • Wrong product is delivered to you
  • Product gets damaged during transit
  • Product quantity delivered differs from quantity ordered
  • Replacement product cannot be provided on request
  • Cancellation occurs If we are not able to provide you the said product

You cannot make a refund request if:

  • Any product part goes missing after delivery
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • There is no photographic evidence of the damage or wrong delivery

Things to remember before making a refund request:

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition
  • Include invoice, price tags, original packing, and freebies when returning the product
  • Include images of the product.

Time taken to process refund request:

  • Refunds will take place within 7 business days.

Return/Replacement Policy

Return/ Replacement Request may be placed if the product received by you(USER) is damaged, defective or an item different from what was ordered. To initiate a return or replacement request, please visit our Return/Replacement page and fill up the required details properly.

Krishworks has the complete right to decide whether an order can be canceled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Krishworks and accepts Krishworks decision regarding cancellation.

Krishworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.

  • Customer care is our priority and we pay extreme attention while packing the orders. Still, if you receive a book that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 3 business days, for the replacement of the product.
  • We take utmost care while packing your order so that it reaches you safely. But, in case you receive a damaged/ defective product, please place a request by filling our return form as early as possible. Replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
  • All items returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags or boxes and packaging intact.
  • If a free gift is offered with the product you wish to return, then, you have to return the gift as well, along with the product.
  • Replacement can be initiated only if the product is in stock. Unfortunately, if it is out of stock, then refund would be initiated against the same, after your consent.

Returns are not possible in following scenarios:

  • If the 3 business days for placing the return request have passed.
  • Items, if returned without original packaging, tags, freebies or accessories.
  • Items get damaged because of use and are not returned in the same condition as received by you.
  • Products that have been tampered in any manner.
  • Anything damaged due to misuse of the product.
  • Products that are sold as Combo sets cannot be returned individually.

Cases of unavailability of products or a service problem:

  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end, the choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the order is confirmed by us and the product is not shipped on time to the customer, then we give refunds to the customer, if the customer demands.
  • 100% refund will be given, if the product is not available or we are not able to ship the products.
  • For courier products, if the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given to the customer.
  • A product ordered in error or no longer required. It can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • To place the return/replacement request, please visit our return/replacement form and fill up the details as per the form.

Cases of unavailability of products or a service problem:

Once we receive a request from your end, we may or may not authorize the same, depending upon the reason for replacement. Once the request is authorized, you can handover the article to our representative for sending it back to us.

Once we receive the article back, it would go through inspection, if the reason seems valid; refund/replacement would be initiated for the same.

Monday through Friday of the current week, excluding holidays. So, if today is Wednesday, three business days would be Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday.
